The Huntington Community Neighborhood was established in 1967 and is located approximately 25 minutes from downtown Atlanta off Camp Creek Parkway and Old Fairburn Road. Huntington is a multi-family community where neighbors are treated as friends. We take pride in our community and delight in being good neighbors with the surrounding Camp Creek neighborhoods.
PURPOSE: To inform and represent the residents of the Huntington Community Subdivision in any zoning or re-zoning developments (both residential and commercial); beautification of the community; and promotion of the general welfare of the neighborhood.
In addition, we invite community, political, security and educational leaders to attend our meetings to provide updates on current events. Our main goal is to assure that neighbors know each other so that we may provide maximum protection to our property by reporting any suspicious activity.
Membership is open to all Huntington Subdivision members for a nominal yearly fee This fee covers the maintenance of the circles on Somerset Trail and Pompey Drive; welcome gifts for new neighbors; small tokens for bereavements; payment of state incorporation fees; support of neighborhood socials; payment for Calling Post® services; maintenance of our association website; printing, and miscellaneous expenses.
